About the role
Provide care for women during labor and childbirth, monitor maternal and fetal health, and assist physicians. Prepare patients and families for delivery and support postpartum breastfeeding.
Responsibilities
- Monitor labor progress
- Coach mothers during delivery
- Ensure maternal and fetal safety
- Support postpartum care and breastfeeding
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent L&D RN experience
- Active RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN
