What You’ll Do:
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using fryers, flat tops, grills, and other kitchen equipment
- Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes—every guest, every time
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency in high-volume scenarios without compromising food quality
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked for peak service periods
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times
- Unload and stock deliveries in walk-in coolers and dry storage areas
- Assist with cleanup and dish responsibilities as needed
- Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours), bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments including exposure to open flames, hot surfaces, and refrigerated areas
- Support your team by helping wherever needed—because the kitchen runs on teamwork
- Commit to 100% guest satisfaction, 100% of the time
