Kettering Transportation Services | Kettering | Full Time | Varied Shift

Responsibilities

• Ensures the basic needs of the patient are met during transport.
• Arrives on time at patient pick-up locations.
• Ensures that patients are left at the appropriate destination.
• Completes patient care and billing reports.
• Properly uses wheelchair lift in ambulette vehicle and safely secures all patients.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, as well as sensitive company and employee information.
• Performs regular assigned shift duties.
• Maintains cleaning standards of station(s), vehicle(s), and equipment.
• Completes detailed Incident Reports and Accident Reports, in a timely manner, at the request of management.
• Uses appropriate terminology and tone and follows all radio communication procedures.
• Drives company vehicles in accordance with company driving policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• First Aid certification, preferred
• CPR certification, preferred
• Valid driver’s license, with no more than four (4) points, and approval by company insurance provider
