KTS Critical Care RN - MOBILE IC

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in mobile intensive care setting.
• Transports patients to a higher-level facility and provides advanced care to the most critical patients.
• Participates in the regional Surgical Emergency Response Team (SERT).
• Offers unique opportunities including a 1:1 patient ratio, progressive standing orders, and specialized equipment such as Ventricular Assist Device, IABP, ECMO, and transport ventilators.
• Rotating two-week schedule or set three-day per week schedule available.
• Shifts are 12 hours in length and based out of the Dayton, Ohio facility.

Requirements

• Current Ohio Nursing license.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Associates degree from an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor’s degree required within 5 years of employment.
• Recent nursing experience in an Emergency Department or Critical Care (ICU) setting.
• Pre-hospital certification and experience as an EMT or Paramedic preferred.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) and/or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) preferred.
