KPO Leader Enabling Functions
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a KPO Leader Enabling Functions to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead lean operating strategy and continuous improvement efforts across enabling functions, with a focus on building more efficient, scalable, and measurable operations. The leader will partner closely with business operations stakeholders and functional teams to strengthen operating rhythms, drive problem-solving discipline, and deliver sustainable productivity gains. The position also calls for championing automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve how work gets done across the organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $157,900 – $263,100 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the lean operating strategy for enabling functions including Finance, HR, DT, and Legal
- Partner across business operations value streams and stakeholder networks to deploy lean operating standards
- Own deployment of the Lean Operating Method by assessing baselines and identifying improvement opportunities
- Strengthen monthly operating rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem-solving initiatives
- Define and deploy kaizen standards for various organizational functions and leaders
- Deliver sustainable productivity through simplified processes and cross-functional alignment
- Champion innovative solutions such as automation and AI to enhance operational processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Center of Excellence, or SG&A functions using Lean toolkit principles
- Strong knowledge of lean fundamentals and operating methods
- Fluency in English is required
- Willingness to travel 20–40%
