About the role

The successful candidate will develop and deliver training programs for cryptologic language analysts, focusing on Arabic, Spanish, and Korean languages. The position requires a Cryptologic Language Analyst with a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials for cryptologic language analysts.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for new and existing analysts.
• Evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Ensure all training materials comply with security protocols and standards.

Requirements

• Cryptologic Language Analyst certification.
• Security clearance.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic, Spanish, and Korean languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., linguistics, foreign languages).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in language training or related field.
• Fluency in at least two of the following languages: Arabic, Spanish, and Korean.
