Korean Content Editor (Native English speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Korean content editor to create useful and intriguing content for our users. Your responsibilities will include working alongside a native Korean speaker to create language learning content, curating Korean language videos, annotating words, creating vocabulary flashcard sets, and developing Korean learning courses.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a native Korean speaker to create language learning content
• Create Korean learning content
• Curate Korean language videos
• Annotate words (define words and write example sentences)
• Create vocabulary flashcard sets and Korean learning courses
• Adapt to new software platforms through which we communicate and assign tasks
• Collaborate with other editors to find the best ways to provide language learning services

Requirements

• A love of language education
• A good understanding of Korean and English grammar and their structures
• At least 1 year of experience in Korean education/translation or linguistic fields
• Strong editing skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work remotely with a team
• A self-driven and productive attitude
• Strong written communications
• A stable commitment to work 15-20 hours per week on a regular, long-term basis
