Konawaena High: Grade 9-12 CTE Arts/Communication & Media Teacher, 65323 (2026-03296)

Minimum qualification to apply for a teacher, librarian, or counselor position is a Bachelor's Degree (except for designated Career and Technology Education positions). If hired without completing a Teacher's Education Program, you have up to 3 years to obtain a valid Hawaii teaching license. You must enroll in an approved program and demonstrate active progress toward licensure each year. It is your responsibility to ensure the program aligns with the teaching position. Upon hire, you must hold a valid Hawaii teaching license or Emergency Hire Permit.

Pay

New employees can expect their first paycheck within the first 3 pay periods of their start date. Payday is on the 5th and 20th (or previous business day) of every month.
