Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Buils knowledge of dealer supported product lines, service standards and procedures
• Aids in field repairs and maintenance jobs with supervision
• Provides basic testing knowledge of all machine systems
• Aids in repair and reconditioning of all equipment components and systems
• Develops and employs diagnostic related reasoning skills
• Operates heavy construction equipment in a safe manner
• Aids in the collection of data necessary for efficient inventory control
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment
• Maintains and cares for shop tools, equipment and vehicles
• Aids in completing all paperwork required for jobs
• Maintains close, positive working relationships with service, parts and administrative personnel
• Performs other duties as directed by the Service Management

Required Skills

• Enrolled in Diesel Technology Program at NDSCS
• Willing to obtain a Class A CDL License
