About the role
We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Program Manager to lead the development, governance, and optimization of a centralized knowledge management ecosystem. This role will be responsible for creating a single source of truth for customer-facing and internal content while driving information quality, accessibility, and consistency across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, organization, and governance of enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather, organize, and maintain knowledge assets.
- Establish and maintain content governance standards, database hygiene processes, and quality controls.
- Review, update, and retire outdated content to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
- Monitor knowledge base effectiveness through usage metrics, content quality measurements, and findability analytics.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the development of scalable processes that improve knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Operations, Information Management, Documentation Management, or a related field.
- Strong program or project management experience.
- Experience developing and maintaining knowledge bases, content repositories, or information management systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to organize complex information and establish governance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in renewable energy, telecommunications, banking, insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments.
- Background in customer support operations, content governance, or information architecture.
