Knowledge Management Attorney

About the role

A global law firm is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Attorney to support its teams and departments through knowledge management, legal technology, document automation, and generative AI initiatives. This temporary, project-based role will help enhance legal workflows, develop AI-enabled resources, and validate technology-driven legal solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep venture capital and emerging companies experience with a strong interest in legal innovation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support practice engineering and legal technology projects, including testing, evaluation, and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Develop AI-enabled resources, workflows, prompts, and knowledge assets for private company legal matters.
• Test, validate, and refine generative AI use cases and technology-driven legal solutions.
• Review and maintain automated legal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Collaborate with attorneys, knowledge management professionals, and stakeholders to improve legal processes and technology adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal practice experience, ideally within an Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) practice.
• Significant experience advising private companies and investors in venture capital and emerging company transactions.
• Proven ability to independently manage private company transactions and legal workflow automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of generative AI applications, document automation platforms, and legal technology, with strong analytical and project management skills.

Pay

$125/hr. - $165/hr. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
