Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites)
- Assist the Government in advising on the best use of KM tools
- Enhance information sharing of analysis, assessments, legislative materials, policies, strategies, budget materials, IT information, and other relevant documents
- Train system users, including IC partners, providing user guides as needed
- Integrate information with other databases, as required
- Utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate users’ access and ability to analyze information holdings
- Employ specific tools for unique office needs, as required, which may include interoperability with or ability to share information with other IC or state and local partners
- Create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable collaboration, storage, search, and discovery of information; sharing of lessons learned and best practices; and reporting and tracking metrics to assess progress against various programs, policies, and strategies
- Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels
- Identify opportunities to improve exchanges of information across systems as well as the Government and private sectors
- Maintain and update an ODNI-wide repository for instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), and policy memoranda
- Build data repositories for a variety of mission needs that easily and automatically generate a variety of visualizations to support analysis, reporting, and briefings
