Knitting Instructor (In-house)

Join our in-house training team and help others learn the craft of knitting in a fun, creative environment. We're looking for instructors to teach students at varying skill levels, from novice to confident beginner.

Responsibilities

• Teach knitting classes to students of varying skill levels
• Assist students with product selection
• Collaborate with the shop owner and other instructors to develop the in-house training program
• Knit class samples

Requirements

• Excellent math skills
• Comfortable with computers
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds
• Available to work some evenings and weekend days
• Patient, helpful, and sincere customer service approach
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
• Fun, friendly, and outgoing personality
