About the Role

As a Facility Kitting Associate, you will assemble high-quality kits created for emergency situations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, clean environment. Your work directly supports our mission to be the best partner for those who save and improve patients’ lives by ensuring life-saving kits are assembled with precision and care.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, package, and prepare medical supplies for shipment
  • Follow all work instructions, procedures, and ISO documentation
  • Adhere to manufacturing best practices and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist with unloading freight shipments using a forklift (after required training) or pallet jack
  • Process orders through FedEx or other approved carriers
  • Verify items for accuracy and assemble kits as directed in the manufacturing area
  • Maintain and update records of necessary components for each type of kit
  • Perform additional job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of experience in warehousing preferred
  • Experience with personal computer equipment
  • Forklift or other equipment operation experience is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Basic math skills

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long continuous periods of time (6-8 hours)
  • May engage in repetitive motion
  • May engage in frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers
  • Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold
  • Ability to occasionally sit, climb, or balance; ability to climb ladders up to 15 feet
  • Ability to continuously lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing 50+ pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Schedule

Employee will be required to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week. Schedule may vary based on business demands and may include office hours, after-hours, and/or weekend work as needed.
