Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must work with chemicals
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand for 8 hours
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
Responsibilities
- Deep cleans all kitchen ovens, sinks, freezers, coolers, griddles and other dirty restaurant equipment
- Prepares all food and beverage areas
- Cleans walls, floors and ceilings
- Cleans and organizes all storage areas including the main freezer, cooler and dry storage
- Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas
- Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies
- Knowledgeable of the MSDS book
- May assist with receiving orders
- Ensures that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis
