Responsibilities

• Bring a professional and well-groomed appearance to the job
• Interact with our guests in the Market Area and communicate in a positive manner
• Be familiar with the Kitchen and market area; with a knowledge of all products and product specifications
• Prepare and handle food while adhering to sanitation practices
• Fill and maintain the market area, ensuring that all items are fresh and pans are full
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the Market Area and the kitchen
• Be able to execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved
• As a QB, prepare desserts and appetizers with established recipes
• Be a bd's Team Mate

Requirements

• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Positive communication with guests in the Market Area
• Familiarity with the Kitchen and market area, including product knowledge
• Sanitation practices and adherence to them
• Cleaning and maintaining the Market Area and kitchen
• Ability to manage recovery strategies and seek managerial assistance when needed
• Knowledge of preparing desserts and appetizers as a QB
