Responsibilities

• Bring a professional and well-groomed appearance to the job
• Interact with our guests in the Market Area and communicate in a positive manner
• Become familiar with the Kitchen and market area; with a knowledge of all products and product specifications
• Prepare and handle food while adhering to sanitation practices
• Fill and maintain the market area, ensuring that all items are fresh and pans are full
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the Market Area and the kitchen
• Be able to execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved
• As a QB prepare desserts and appetizers with established recipes

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
