Responsibilities

• General customer service duties, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs
• Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides (e.g., salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups)
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company food safety policies and procedures
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to work in various temperatures
