Welcome to Love’s! As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top‑notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you.
Responsibilities
- General customer service duties, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh‑cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
- Use a variety of methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food‑safety conditions.
- Cross‑train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperature environments.
