About the role
Behind every great guest experience is an even greater kitchen team. You’ll build beautiful sandwiches, prep ingredients, keep stations organized, and ensure every bite is consistently delicious—all while working in a fast-paced, food-safe environment. Responsibilities
- Build beautiful sandwiches that guests can't wait to eat
- Prep ingredients and set up stations for a smooth, successful service
- Follow recipes and standards that make every bite consistently delicious
- Keep ticket times fast without sacrificing quality
- Work in a clean, organized, and food-safe manner from open to close
- Keep the kitchen stocked and ready for whatever the rush brings
- Learn new stations and skills so every day stays fresh and interesting
- Adapt to menu changes, coaching, and always aim to get better
- Pitch in wherever your teammates need you most
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience washing dishes, wielding a knife (extra safely), following recipes, and crushing it in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Morning person with weekend availability
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform repetitive physical movements for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work safely around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures
- Thrive in a team environment with minimal ego and a willingness to jump in when needed
Qualifications
You don’t need bagel experience—we hire folks with a wide range of backgrounds. The right attitude and a strong baseline matter more than a polished resume. If you’re active, detail-oriented, and get joy from feeding people, you’ll fit right in.
Pay
Hourly pay plus generous tips = $18.81/hour base, with total earnings likely ranging from $26–28/hour including tips.

Schedule
Evenings off—never work a night shift. Morning shifts with weekend availability.
