Kitchen Team Member/Cook

About the role

You'll work directly within the Heart of House as a Kitchen Team Member/Cook. You will work in multiple stations, inclusive of Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo. Through the production of all Buffalo Wild Wings food items, you'll be key in creating legendary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple kitchen stations (Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, Expo)
• Prepare Buffalo Wild Wings food items
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail

Requirements

• 16 years of age or older (per applicable law)
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Guest service skills

Pay

The base hourly pay range is $16.00–$24.18. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
