Kitchen Team Member/Cook

About the role

This is a Kitchen Team Member/Cook position where you will work directly within the Heart of House and in multiple stations, including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo. Your primary responsibility is to produce all Buffalo Wild Wings food items to create legendary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to meet guest orders.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Age 16 or older (or higher, per applicable law).
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety protocols.

Pay

$16 - $26.7 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Schedule

Flexible schedule available, including weekends.
