Kitchen Team Member/Cook

About the Role

You’ll work directly within the Heart of House as a Kitchen Team Member/Cook at Buffalo Wild Wings. You will rotate through multiple stations—including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo—to produce all menu items and help create legendary experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items across various kitchen stations.
• Maintain quality and consistency for all food products.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Deliver timely service to support a high‑energy guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to meet restaurant standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older, per applicable law).
• Strong time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

Pay

The base hourly pay range for this position is $12.77 – $28.80, with actual placement dependent on experience, education, training, location, and applicable minimum‑wage laws. Hourly team members are eligible for overtime in accordance with law and Inspire Brands policy.
