Kitchen Team Member/Cook

About the role

At Buffalo Wild Wings, you’ll work directly within the Heart of House as a Kitchen Team Member/Cook. You will rotate through multiple stations, including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo, producing all food items and helping create legendary guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple kitchen stations to prepare food according to Buffalo Wild Wings standards
• Ensure food quality, speed, and presentation meet brand expectations
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 (or higher per applicable local law)
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, team-oriented kitchen environment
