Role Overview

As a Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook you will prepare meals, maintain food safety, keep the kitchen organized, interact with guests, and operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow the highest food‑safety standards to serve fresh, safe meals.
• Keep ingredients fresh and stocked, ensuring prep readiness.
• Maintain an organized, spotless prep station.
• Manage and store ingredients properly.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and inviting.
• Interact with guests while prepping food to create memorable moments.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and slicers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company‑paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorization to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active ServSafe certification or similar qualification.
• Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software.

Schedule

• Morning shifts: 4 AM – 12 PM or 6 AM – 2 PM.
• Evening shifts: 2 PM – 10 PM or 4 PM – 12 AM.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
