About the Role

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs
• Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for proper food safety conditions
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to work in various temperatures
