Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs
• Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
• Accurately prepare deli products (e.g., salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups) as instructed in designated preparation guides
• Use various methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles
• Perform physical tasks, including moving and lifting 25+ pounds and working in various temperatures
