Welcome to Love’s! As a Deli Host, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs
• Assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
• Accurately preparing deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Using a variety of methods and technologies to ensure company policies and procedures are followed to maintain proper food safety conditions
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to work in various temperatures
