About the role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Team Member passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. You will work with a dynamic team preparing scratch‑baked breads and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made from honest, whole ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Work quickly and confidently to prepare meal items accurately per specification (“can do” attitude).
• Multitask, learn from mistakes, and proactively help other departments.

Requirements

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule – shifts vary week to week based on customer traffic and time of year.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift, with limited sitting.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
