About the role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking Team Members to join the flavor squad. In this role, you'll help create experiences that keep guests coming back, working across various stations from the grill to the register.

Responsibilities

• Roll burritos, build bowls, tacos, and nachos that wow guests
• Make guests smile and be part of the flavor and fun
• Keep things clean, safe, and shiny
• Jump in wherever needed—line, register, prep, grill
• Work fast, stay cool, and have fun doing it

Qualifications

• Bring big energy and good vibes to the team
• Love moving fast and making things happen
• Stay cool under pressure and kind under stress
• Can work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Want to grow, learn, and maybe lead one day

Pay

$13–$15 an hour plus tips
