Responsibilities
- Greet Guests, serve food, and handle payments at the cash register
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- Follow Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to ensure fresh, quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen positions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive, fun environment
Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food Handler certification may be required (depending on local regulations, acquired at your expense)
Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods, up to four hours at a time
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Reach across countertops measured at 36 inches
- Work in a hot, noisy kitchen environment with limited storage space
- Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Effectively communicate verbally and manage conflicts/difficult situations
