About the role
Responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing a team of chefs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food production.
- Manage a team of chefs, providing guidance and feedback to enhance culinary skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement new menu items based on customer feedback and trends.
- Collaborate with the executive chef to plan and execute special events and catering services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Valid food handler’s license.
- Experience with kitchen equipment and facilities management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
