Role Summary

In the Kitchen Support position, you will support the team to execute duties and provide a memorable Guest experience. This role offers opportunities for culinary growth.

Responsibilities

• Bring a passion for food and an energetic, fun attitude daily
• Prepare all required items for the line in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls
• Follow and execute prep lists daily
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all food products in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Communicate well with Team Members to ensure Guests receive an extraordinary dining experience
• Clean food preparation area and equipment after each use
• Wipe down and sanitize Employee and Guest high-contact areas
• Utilize Personal Protective Equipment while completing position-specific tasks
• Monitor safety and security issues and report them to management
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
• Team Members who work with alcohol must complete a Safe Alcohol Service training program
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Regular and consistent attendance required
• Provide excellent Guest service and interpersonal skills including communication (verbal and written)
• Have an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
• Take and follow direction and respond with a sense of urgency

Physical And Environmental Requirements

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, and reaching around the theater
• Noise level may be moderate to high at times
• Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time

Pay Range

$10.57 - $14.11 per hour
