Kitchen Supervisor, Little Palm

About the role

The Ryder is an inviting oasis in the heart of one of the world’s most beloved cities. It offers a boutique escape-meets-experience with a pool, coffee bar, and tropical bar designed for the independent, fun-loving, and creatively curious spirit.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the opening and closing of the Kitchen
• Management and training of Kitchen team members, including scheduling and mentoring
• Maintenance of food quality, safety, and inventory needs

Requirements

• Prior experience in Kitchen management is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Prior team leadership experience is highly valued

Qualifications

A culinary enthusiast who understands that great food can elevate an experience, this individual should have a passion for creativity and a desire to both lead and teach. They should be comfortable managing and training kitchen staff and assisting chefs with tasks such as opening and closing the kitchen, inventory management, and receiving supplies.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in a similar role
