Kitchen Supervisor - Full-time

Position Summary

Supervises the entire scope of the Kitchen Operation. Develops and executes menus, trains, supervises and motivates the kitchen team. Creates the "WOW" experience for guests of Quest. Responsible for running POS at breakfast & lunch, all food ordering, deliveries, inventory, production, food presentation, food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and willingness to be a team player within our company.

Responsibilities

• Runs POS at breakfast & lunch
• All food ordering, deliveries, inventory, production, food presentation, food safety, kitchen cleanliness
• Willingness to be a team player within our company

Requirements

• Food service managerial experience
• Must pass a background check

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
