Kitchen Supervisor - 16th & Wewatta, Denver

About the role

We’re hiring Kitchen Supervisors at our upcoming Denver location on 16th & Wewatta!

Responsibilities

• Create extraordinary moments for guests
• Support and lift up our communities and neighborhoods
• Train new kitchen staff and continuously re-train all kitchen staff to maintain standards
• Assign and/or complete daily prep amounts (fish, veggies, etc), as required by location
• Maintain clean kitchen areas, to include daily cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks
• Maintain TurboChef ovens in top condition, including a weekly deep clean of each part, back of the ovens and wall behind them
• Hold kitchen team members accountable for punctuality, behavior, and work performance
• Run a smooth service to include fast ticket times, order accuracy, and adherence to CYM standards and recipes
• Follow continuous training and specs. Adapt to procedural and/or menu changes
• Maintain clean kitchen areas and equipment, to include daily cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks
• Be a strong part of a smooth service to include fast ticket times, order accuracy, and adherence to CYM standards and recipes
• Can work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays
