Kitchen Steward

About the Role

Under general direction from the Sous Chef, Steward Supervisor, Stewarding Manager, or Executive Chef, you will maintain an efficient restaurant operation by clearing and resetting tables and ensuring all work areas are clean and presentable at all times according to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables to maintain a smooth restaurant workflow.
• Ensure all work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen stations, are clean and presentable.
• Follow established policies and procedures for sanitation and hygiene.
