Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to prepare and cook food and help keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service
• Prepare, cook and present food to the correct specification
• Operate kitchen work stations, including grills, fryers and microwaves
• Work as a team to keep to time and quality targets
• Follow food hygiene, allergen and health and safety standards
• Clean as you go, including full kitchen clean-downs
• Rotate stock and store food safely
• Complete required induction, role-specific and ongoing refresher training
• Contribute to continuous improvement
