Apex Wings is hiring Kitchen Staff to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. We value teamwork, accountability, and a positive attitude, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work—whether you have kitchen experience or are eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to quality
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Work alongside a supportive team in a fast-moving environment
- Assist with stocking, prep, and inventory management
- Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our standards
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stay focused and move with urgency during busy shifts
- Team player who communicates well and shows up ready to work
- Kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow into a bigger role
- Availability for nights and weekends
