Responsibilities
- Represent the KTU brand positively & conduct activities professionally.
- Diligently manage the lead flow process.
- Utilize KTU data and CRM network for sales & marketing activities.
- Conduct compelling in-home presentations - by effectively following the KTU proven sales process (training provided).
- Maintain franchise marketing channels - social networking, referral, in-person, community activities, home-shows, print & direct mail.
- Foster outside lead generation, apart from the franchise activities.
- Perform tasks including measuring and assessing cabinet conditions.
- Regularly communicate with the franchise owner and follow instructions & suggestions given.
- Maintain frequent communications with prospects and customers and provide prompt response to any issues.
- Stay informed of industry news, new product offers, competitive activities and other developments.
- Attend regular training, business or community meetings or other events as may be required.
