About the role
Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking individuals to join our team as cabinet technicians, remodelers, and painters. This role involves a variety of tasks including cabinet re-dooring, refacing, painting, and custom cabinets installation.
Responsibilities
- Cabinet re-dooring
- Cabinet refacing
- Cabinet painting
- New cabinetry and trim installation
- Backsplash tile installation (optional)
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in cabinet re-dooring, refacing, painting, and installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Paid time off

Qualifications
Commensurate with experience.
Skills
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to cabinet work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
Pay
Starting minimum wage $20-25/hr (adjusted based on experience at time of hiring). An initial wage increase will be considered after 3-6 months from your hire date and based on demonstrated skills and work performance.
Schedule
Flexible schedule to accommodate daily travel to the worksite from the office and ongoing training.
