The company seeks experienced cabinet refacers to join its Installer Business Partner Program, where you will focus exclusively on refacing cabinets with laminate and glue while the firm handles sales, marketing, customer communications, scheduling, and material logistics.

Responsibilities

• Reface cabinets exclusively with laminate and glue (no painting, staining, resurfacing, refurbishing, removal, replacement, installation, or custom cabinet building).
• Provide labor, transportation (truck), and tools for each job.
• Optionally manage additional crews to increase earnings.
• Maintain quality workmanship and adhere to project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience refacing cabinets with laminate and glue.
• Possession of a reliable truck and necessary hand/power tools.
• Desire to grow income and build a business with the company.
