Responsibilities

• Ensure all systems are operational and clean the space for handoff.
• Conduct walkthrough with homeowner.
• Verify all plumbing fixtures operate correctly.
• Test GFCI outlet functionality.
• Inspect tile grout lines.
• Verify caulk lines are properly sealed.
• Check vanity doors and drawers.
• Test exhaust fan operation.
• Touch up paint imperfections.
• Create and address punch list.
• Deep clean all surfaces.
• Obtain final building inspection.
• Provide warranty and maintenance information.
