About the Role

Complete kitchen renovation project including demolition of the existing layout and installation of new custom features.

Responsibilities

• Protect adjacent rooms from dust and debris
• Demolish existing finishes and remove old materials
• Remove existing plumbing fixtures
• Inspect and repair subfloor as needed
• Install electrical rough-in for new layout
• Install plumbing rough-in for new fixtures
• Repair walls to prepare for new finishes
• Install custom cabinetry
• Install stone countertops
• Install tile backsplash
• Install sink and faucet
• Connect kitchen appliances
• Install recessed and pendant lighting
• Install new flooring
• Paint walls and trim
• Install hardware and complete punch list items
