Kitchen Operations (Line Cook, Support Staff)

About the role

The Lodges hosts numerous events and weddings each year, along with operating a full-service Tavern & Grill that offers takeout and delivery. The Kitchen Team is critical to ensuring every guest experience is superior.

Responsibilities

Kitchen Support Staff

• Aide in preparation of food
• Light cooking
• Dishwashing and cleaning

Line Cook

• Set up work stations with all needed ingredients and equipment
• Cook food using various methods (grill, oven, steam)
• Present food flawlessly with appropriate garnishes
• Cook food to proper temperatures
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly workstation/kitchen under the supervision of the Executive Chef
