Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily kitchen operations including food preparation, quality, and consistency.
- Training, coaching, and development of BOH team members.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Managing inventory and food costs.
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
- Partnering with restaurant leadership to deliver a great guest experience every shift.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of kitchen leadership or restaurant management experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
