About the role
You’ll be a hands-on leader and a key member of the store leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, focusing on food safety standards.
- Oversee inventory and influence activities within prepared foods and dispensed beverage areas to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Partner with the Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Model and coach to Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
- Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.

Pay
Starting pay range: $18.00 - $20.70
Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications.
This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.
