Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a culinary management role
- Strong knowledge of recipe development and menu planning
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in kitchen equipment and best practices
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Certification in food safety and hygiene standards
Pay
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually
