Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily kitchen operations and staff management
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Planning and executing menus, ensuring quality and presentation
  • Managing inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Training, mentoring, and developing kitchen staff
  • Fostering a positive work environment and team culture
  • Monitoring kitchen performance and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborating with front-of-house staff to enhance customer experiences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a culinary management role
  • Strong knowledge of recipe development and menu planning
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in kitchen equipment and best practices
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene standards

Pay

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually
