Responsibilities

  • Maintain food preparation and presentation to meet restaurant standards
  • Implement health and safety regulations throughout the kitchen
  • Analyze food costs and sales to improve profitability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a kitchen management role
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proven track record of handling inventory and cost control
  • Creativity in menu development and food presentation

Pay

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually
