- Oversee all facets of production and service

- Scan and upload invoices to Shared Drive
- Put out a weekly employee schedule
- Approve payroll hours
- Oversee all BOH staff
Requirements
- 3+ Years Culinary Experience with 1+ Year of Management Experience
- Experience with Ordering, Inventory
- Comfortable cooking in multiple types of cuisines
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills upward and downward
